(papers from the "Stereoscopic Displays and Applications XXIII" conference are printed in this printed proceedings volume). Alternatively you can select the all-of-Symposium CD-ROM which will contain the proceedings from the "SD&A XXIII" conference as well as the other conferences at EI. the "All-Conference Banquet" and "HVEI Banquet" are NOT the "SD&A conference dinner". (Registration for the "SD&A conference dinner" takes place at the SD&A conference). if you wish to attend the "Stereoscopic Display Application Issues" short course, it is course number "SC060" (separate payment necessary) For 2012, SD&A runs the same week as Photonics West, but not at the same venue.
